1. What products can be laser engraved at Sams Engraving & Gifts?

At Sams Engraving & Gifts, we offer custom laser engraving on a wide range of products, including drinkware, kitchen & dining items, accessories & decor, and more. You can explore our catalog to see the full selection. We can engrave most materials including: Wood, Metal, Glass, Acrylic, Polymers, Stone & Slate, Some Plastics, Leather & Leatherette, Gold, Silver & Precious Metals. We can engrave your personal item, but we would need to look at your item to see if it can be engraved. Not all materials are the same and may not engrave well.

3. Can I preview my custom design before engraving?

Yes, you can! After you create your custom design, you can click on PDF and this will download your design. This allows you to ensure that everything looks perfect before we create your personalized item.

4. What is the typical turnaround time for orders?

Turnaround times may vary depending on the complexity of the engraving and product availability. Normal turnaround time is 2 – 5 days. We provide estimated shipping times at the time of purchase, and we strive to meet these estimates. Please check the product page for specific details.

5. How can I track my order’s shipping progress?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns for damaged or defective items only. Products that have been personalized or altered cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information on the process and conditions for returns.
