Yes, we can engrave personal items for local customers. Please reach out and let us know what you would like engraved. Keep in mind that not all surfaces are engravable, and the quality of the engraving is determined by what the item is made of.
We can engrave most text and designs submitted as a clear black-and-white image with no colors or gray shading. For best results, we recommend true vector files such as AI, EPS, or SVG. Please note that simply saving a pixelated image as a vector file does not create a true vector image. We can also often work with high-resolution PDF, PNG, or JPEG files.
Not sure if your file will work? We’re happy to help convert files into an engravable format when possible. Please contact us with questions!
We will not engrave custom items with profanity or any other text/design that we consider to be offensive or inappropriate. We will not engrave trademarked or copyrighted text/designs without permission. We reserve the right to cancel any order as necessary. Please ask questions before ordering.

Yes, our local customers may bring in items to be engraved. Not all surfaces are engravable, and the quality of the engraving is determined by what the item is made of. The color of your engraved text/design is also determined by what your item is made of. The laser will etch into the product which will reveal the color.
*Please do not bring in sentimental or irreplaceable items to be engraved.
